Solamar Mobile Estates $889,000- $1,200,000$

The smallest community in the Carlsbad area with just 108 mobile and manufactured homes. This gated 55+ community is ideal for active adult homebuyers looking for a more relaxed retirement in California. Solamar is located just steps from the Pacific Ocean and many of the homes have ocean views. Amenities include clubhouse, pool, spa, pickle ball and weekly social activities. Homes in this community are land owned and owners pay an HOA of $216.00 per month.
